Well Pad Standardization Expertise & Cost Reduction
PROJEX has extensive expertise and experience in well pad standardization. We provide standard templates for future SAGD production pad designs. These designs can be used in similar applications providing cost savings due to minimal re-engineering. These cost savings can be graphically displayed by the chart below:
We have successfully completed more than 110 thermal heavy oil projects. Our disciplined project execution is accomplished by following our PROJEX Operating Procedures that includes our 10-Step Project Process. These work processes were specifically developed to provide a consistent yet cost effective model for both small and large projects.
Exceptional quality and minimal rework
Our operating procedures and execution process combined with our QA program has yielded a 0.5% rework rate, when compared a normal industry rate of 5 – 7%.
With approximately 125 people we are able to respond quickly, be flexible and provide innovative solutions when change is required. We know how time sensitive projects can be and work to ensure that all client inquires will have same day response.
PROJEX believes in openness and timely communication. Reporting frequencies will be based on the client’s schedule not ours. Issues and challenges will be openly communicated when they are known to ensure the lowest possible scope impacts.
Every project has an executive sponsor, who is also an owner of PROJEX. Decisions are made quickly, which results in proactive responses to issues and challenges. Resources will also be added if necessary to ensure completeness of deliverables.
